Vintage Hospital Bed 4K PBR Game-Ready
In order to internalize and learn about the workflow for videogames, I decided to take the course “Realistic Prop Creation for Video Games” by Paula Sánchez-Ferrero Ruiz at Domestika.
With my previous experience and the artist’s guidance, I proceeded to create a model that required baking and work on Zbrush.
All meshes were designed in 3ds Max. The main frame of the bed (made up of welded pipes) was later sculpted in Zbrush. Modeling, layout, and Texturing of a late medieval queen’s room.
From inspiration my wife drew, I wanted to take a sketch she did and build it in 3d.
I’ve always been drawn to environment and prop modeling and sculpting, so this was a great learning process. I cycled through modeling about 5 or 6 different tables before I finally settled on the ones seen here.
