Description: Petroglyph from the archaeological site of Wadi al Hilo, Sharjah, UAE. Wadi Helo (Arabic: وادي حلو, literally ‘Sweet wadi’) is a seasonal watercourse located in the Hajar Mountains of Sharjah. The site is important for both the extensive water course, and for the rich copper deposits that were mined for over 8000 years. Numerous petroglyphs are found along the edge of the wadi. Boulder number 2 (VALLEY 1).
Methodology: 3D model made in Reality Capture using 388 images. Additional processing completed in Geomagic Wrap and InstantMeshes.

The innermost coffin of three of Yuya from his tomb in Egypt’s Valley of the Kings (KV46). The tomb was discovered in 1905 by James Quibell and contained the partially looted burials of Yuya and his wife Thuya of the 18th Dynasty. Yuya and Thuya were non-royal nobles and the parents of Queen Tiye who was the Great Royal Wife of Amenhotep III and mother of Akhenaten. The coffin is currently in the Egyptain Museum, Cairo, Egypt.
Created from 177 photographs (Canon EOS Rebel T5i) using Metashape 1.5.5. The base of the coffin was unavailable for scanning and has been reconstructed using Meshmixer 3.5 with texture touched up using Blender 2.8 Texture Painting. Yes, this was a hell of a scan… it look me 10-15 minutes to walk the entire street. Shootout to @polycam app (@cpheinrich), that handled the capture from the beginning to the end of this 560 ft long scan (170 m.)!
