Trainstation bench inspired by the 1900’s travelling images. Base model was made in Blender, and textures were made with Substance Painter.
This model was created with high quality rendered images in mind, such as arch-viz projects, but can also be used for games or other projects. If you intend to use it in a game engine, please be advised that you’ll need to bring the polycount of the handrest part down because it has a lot of edge loops to control the curved shape.
Textures that come with this model are: base_color, roughness, and normal map (openGL). All in 4K resolution, so you can scale them down safely in any photo editing software, if you need lower resolution. For better resolution of the textures, this composition uses 3 different UV sets and materials. Though it ended up a bit too polygon-heavy, I am still happy how this turned out. My main difficulty was to render out curvature maps for the rust and scratch effects in Substance painter, but Xnormal does a good enough job after some tweaking around in Substance Painter.
This is a model based off of Joe Petagno’s cover art for the 1986 album “Orgasmatron” by Motörhead. Petagno is the original artist behind Motörheads famous boar-like figurehead and the guy behind their album art. He has also created Led Zeppelins famous Icarus character and artwork for many other bands of different genres, even covers for sci-fi books.

It is one of my favorite album covers, and it captures what rock and metal should be, an fast and heavy rock and roll train coming out the speakers and through your brains.
It was a great expericence to finally see the band live at Hellfest 2015.

Fan-art from the game Final Fantasy 7!! This is the Cosmo Canyon, one of the cities that can be visited through the game. It was a comission where I was asked to made an stylized and simplified version of the place, and this is how it turned out!
I decided to push the limit of Sketchfab’s capabilities, and added a day-night cycle to the scene. It was a bit tricky, as lamps can’t be animated, at least for now. But I think this works quite nicely. I hope you like it! :D
