I didn't really knew anything about Little Witch Academia until I came across this artwork piece by Fablefire on Instagram. I highly suggest you guys follow her, as she makes some really cute art. The idea for this model was to practice notions of three dimensional volume and it was challenging endeavor. Making Akko as cute and close to the source was my biggest challenge here, but I'm definitely happy with the end result. I had never made any models in this style before, but now I can say that this is something fun to do! I hope you all enjoy the end result and, as always, feedback is welcome and appreciated! Hello! I revisited Claw machine’s draft after getting feedback about trasnitions and details, but design was updated mostly due to my freind’s and my new ideas and thoughts for this model and for our project. We decided to make it more stylised, chunky and relevant for the planned project, early on I imagined that cabinet is metalic with planks’ pattern drawn on but I decided to make it made out of actual wooden planks that reinforce the idea of barn-like arcade machine. I also refined shapes and details and their transitions, now it should be ok for model’s draft.
