Hello everyone, This is my submission for the contest. I had a great time making it. I was going for a simple fun theme style scene. It was a nice expereince using Sketchfab. Although I have some more updates planned but hopefully after the contest I might look into this project for further refinements. Hope you like it. My submission to the sports car texturing challenge. I didn’t have much time to work on it around other more important art projects and life obligations. I figured it would still be good to upload what I could get done at least. Originally I was going to do a classic Gulf paint scheme but some friends had the fun idea of doing a Duff beer theme instead. I did all the texture in Substance Painter with some editing in Photoshop for the textures I downloaded.

This huanted house is all decorated for the season which is as strange sight since nobody has lived there for years! Well, except for the spirites that reside.
Halloween is my favorite time of year but I’ve never made a haunted house before. It was a difficult project because I’ve never really made a house before let alone one as complex as a victorian manor

This house was once belonged to a timber baron in a small Northern California city. But after the logging industry went bust, it’s owner abandoned it to the elements. While not a complete ruin, this house will need a lot of TLC to bring it back to it’s former glory.
This house was an experiment for me in tileable materials and seeing how far I could get using nothing but Photoshop for texture creation instead of my usual go to, Substance Painter. Most of these materials started out with a diffuse texture I either photographed myself or found on CGtextures.com. I then created the normal, spec, emmisive, etc in Photoshop.
I think this technique works well if you’re going to be putting the model into an engine like Unity or Unreal. The textures hold up at very close and they can be used across many different buildings or props you may have in your game. Also being able to add secondary textures would allow for more variations like grunge.
