I started this as a fun little side project that I would work on when taking a break from my primary piece. For this project I wanted to try something new and different. My goal was to get more comfortable making strange shapes in Zbrush and also to become better at hand painting textures. An attempt at creating a small environment for the Dagger of Time from the Prince of Persia: Sands of Time trilogy.
My influences were kinda all over the place. The altar and sand pile were ideas inspired by the Sands of Time Remake. The dagger combines elements from the Edge of Time from Assassin’s Creed: Odyssey with elements from the original Sands of Time design. And then I threw a couple of my own ideas in to create this weird amalgamation that I hope Prince of Persia fans will at least find serviceable, lol.
