The Imperial helmet-type was a type of helmet worn by Roman legionaries. Prior to the Empire, Roman Republican soldiers often provided their own equipment, which was passed down from father to son. Thus a variety of equipment, from different eras was present in the ranks. Even as the professional Imperial Army emerged, and short-term service citizen soldiers became rare, useful equipment was never discarded. So when the improved Imperial helmet appeared, it replaced what remained of the very old Coolus type, which was largely superseded at the time by improved versions of the Montefortino helmet type which continued to serve alongside it for a time. This is an updated version of my fictional tank model, Legionnaire. This is the Mk. 1 version, and would date to around a 1984 introduction based on the technologies/features present in the design.
There are further versions that go up to Mk. 4, and include features of tanks from the wars/designs of the early 2000s, but those aren’t finalized yet. This Mk. 1 version is the only Mk. that I’m currently satisfied with publishing, as most initial production versions of tanks are relatively bare-bones anyways 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 2459280 polygons.
