Herre i have the final piece for my big second year project for uni. This is only half way though because with the modular kit that was made by making this i can make more of the buildings from Diagon Alley Overall though this is about 24 hours in the making using - Maya for most of the building modeling, retopo and Uving - Zbrush for the creation of the high poly version of the character - Substance painter/designer for all of the textrues that are on this - Unreal for the actual renders that are gonna be made from this - Weasleys wizard wheezes - 3D model by ElliottA 3D Model is ready to download for free

Walls are set to a 10 grid vertically and depth wise, a 5 grid horizontally. Doorways differ and had to be set to a 5 grid depth wise to keep the right thickness.
Pivot point is on the front corner where possible.
Display textures on Sketchfab are 2048 and 1024, on download I have made them all 4096 apart from the Emissives that are 1024 in a zip folder with the models all seperate and named accordingly as well.
Some models use the same texture so these will be packed together in folders.
For the floor textures I have added a diffuse, metal and rough. But in Unreal Engine the diffuse can just be R 0.0104 G 0.0104 B 0.0104 and a metal value of 0.5 with the roughness texture to get the same effect.
