This building is located in Tbilisi at the top of the Digomi Hills. It used to be a water tank, but in the late 1980s the tank was remodeled and there were plans to open an archaeology museum in it. Unfortunately, the museum was never opened. The building has stood empty and semi-abandoned ever since.

The Huot was developed from 1916 to 1918, undergoing many refinements during that time to increase reliability and reduce weight. Unfortunately, by the time it was ready for service, the war was over and the weapon was no longer needed, and the entire project was cancelled in the postwar years. Only four prototypes are known to still exist, numbered 1, 2, 4 and 5. It is unclear what happened to 3.
