Made this floating island with a lighthouse in 5 days trying to be done by the end of the week. And I gotta say, this was a marathon. Were a lot of troubles with baking, making fine details. If I had more time I would probably did separate bakes, but not this time. So, about the model: it’s a handpainted lowpoly with baked map from a highpoly. Triangles count: 27,5K. I was going with anime style (Miyazaki movies) and for reference I used artworks of Jim Shore (“Benatrex - Shorelights”), you’ll notice the lighthouse that I recreated.

Simple CRT TV Model based on my own personal Sony Trinitron KV-1326R. Model created in Blender, maps baked in Marmoset Toolbag, and textured in Substance Painter.
Model includes both .fbx and .obj format, and textures for Render Engines, Unreal Engine, and Unity’s HDRP Pipeline.

I am proud to unveil my latest work Ronin. I have taken him from initial sketch stage all the way to the final in game stage with animations. He started from a sketch I did during inctober so I fleshed him out and after a fair bit of work I got him to this stage.
