Following frequent attacks the Vikings occupied the city in 871 CE until it was re-taken by the Saxons in 886 under the leadership of Kind Alfred of Wes (Alfred the Great).
The model shows the house in a state of disrepair but perhaps with some renovations - by Vikings or Saxons - and some Viking chairs up on the balcony!
I have kept the poly count as low as possible and it should work well as a game asset - download the gltf file and load the scene file into Unreal - tick ‘Combine mesh’ box for a single static mesh or untick if you want to use the individual modules of the house in your scene.
