I wanted to do a chibi model of Asuka after working on the Mass Produced Evangelion character (also visible on my page!), and in the end I think she came out really cute! I like modeling cute things truthfully as well as figurative characters, so this project was definitely a lot of fun. It was once again a big learning experience though, as I really tried to work on things like facial topology, that anime-feeling style, and being painterly with my textures. I still have a long way to go of course, but this felt like a big milestone that I’m happy to have done! In 2020, Mercedes presented its concept car to us during the CES (Customer Electronic Show), the Vision AVTR, Advanced Vehicle Transformation. This is an electric car inspired by the Avatar films.
