This was created as part of Ashleigh Warners’ ‘Creating Stylized Game Assets’ course available through CGMA. I completed my first draft last November, but I went back over it and made as many changes as possible to get it to a place I felt confident in sharing. This is MEEPO, or the Mega Express Espresso Processing Operator 3000. The initial idea was to have this retro-futuristic coffee-station diorama that sold a particular kind of mundane story (even if it was in a sort of space-setting). This model of an African Bush Elephant is more than 4 years old. You can see the first version of it here: https://sketchfab.com/models/nbHrGAzBh1SktiN4DnpXFDykZcv At the time I was pleased with it, but I had trouble with the posture and I wasn’t that skilled yet to get the polygons to an acceptable level. The last week I have been working on it again, one of the advantages of working in digital 3d. I changed a lot of things in posture, sizes and shape, most of them subtle but more in line with what an African Elephant looks like. This version of the model is an intermediate sized model. I could go down to the lowest polygon version, but I think this is a good compromize between ease of use and actual details displayed. And as you can see I used the posibilities of the viewer to give it a look and feel that matches the grandeur of a great African elephant bul. P.S. The model has Dept of Field (DoF). The Ford Mondeo Mk2 ST200 i made from scratch using blueprints and images for NFS ProStreet Pepega Edition. It was the second car i made for the mod and the most challenging one i had to make. Of course its not perfect, the model had some major changes over time including a whole overhaul of it because some proportions were off in many spots. I tried my best in doing it as accurate as possible and im very happy with the final result. And of course you car drive it and upgrade it in the mod! Handlers have been added to the truck, tailgate, doors, front wheels and fuel door so you can manipulate them for poses. The model was created with 3DS Max 2016 using the open subdivision modifier which has been left in the stack to adjust the level of detail. Exchange files included: FBX and OBJ in HI and LO poly versions. MATERIALS AND TEXTURES: The model has diffuse, bump and specular maps plus materials. This is a 3d printable model of Gary the snail from Spongebob Squarepants. I made it using Fusion 360, and it’s printable either as a single body in one colour, a single body in multiple colours (using an MMU) or in multiple parts to be assembled afterwards, allowing it to be printed in full colour using any 3d printer. The purchase includes a single body STL, 3MF, a multi part STL, and the Fusion 360 file. The multi part model has been created with clearances of 0.2mm to allow for easier part assembly. Tested using a Prusa MK2. If your printer needs a larger clearance value, you can load up the Fusion file, and change the value of the parameter, which will adjust all the clearances at once. Below are some pictures of the printed assembled model c/o my friend Mia (@dasmia3 on twitter.)
