This pack is a fully PBR driven part of my FROST asset pack. It contains the following assets: 4 Textured Frost Ice Floes Each asset comes with 4K resolution Albedo, Glossiness, Roughness, Normal, Emission, Specular Color, Specular Level, AO and Height Maps. The Height Maps can be used in game or rendering engines to blend other textures with the asset. The textures were atlased onto a single texture sheet. All of the assets are based on manually created high poly sculpts and had their textures specifically created for them. They were optimized for use in realtime game engines. As PBR assets they are recommended for desktop but the polycount will have no problem running on mobile as well and can still be further reduced if necessary. The Vulture / Mad Dog is a heavy Clan Omni Mech used for long-range indirect fire support, introduced in the year 2963. For this livery I took inpsiration from a Clan Smoke Jaguar paint sceme. This model was made for a university project. The goal was to bake a high poly onto a normal map with the low poly under 30,000 plygons. form the MechWarrior BattleTech Universe. I made the low and hogh poly models in Maya, then added detail to the high poly in Zbrush before baking that onto a normal map in Substance Painter. I did not make the clan logos. All credit for those goes to Punakettu who is a fantastic artist. This is a recent project of mine, an attempt to take some old pre-college concept drawings and make something out of them. Ultimately it was an excuse to freehand paint a lot of filigree detail in a couple different styles (one style for the steel parts, another for the wood/pommel). Painting filigree is incredibly satisfying! All the geometry and baking was done in Blender, and the first pass of materials also, then I moved over to Substance Painter for the detailing. As for the sword itself, the profile is based on a German Landsknecht zweihänder, but with an even longer grip, taking it almost into the polearm realm.
