Gaara’s gourd from naruto, used to carry weaponized sand.
This is my interpretation of what Gaara’s gourd could look like in the real world if it were made from realistic materials. The gourd is made of clay, with the cloth band in the middle consisting of a silk-like fabric. I assumed the symbols around the gourd to be talismans, and gave them the appearance of being “stuck on” to the gourd.
This one was a lot of fun, and really triggered my nostalgia!
UPDATE: I added some new texture details to the gourd, changing the glossiness to give it more of a sandy appearance. I also added small reflective flecks to the sand 3D Model is ready to download for free, this model contains 1928 polygons.

Interesting Facts:
The Sea-Doo name came from snowmobiles. The manufacturer, Bombardier Recreational Products, originally made Ski-Doos which are snowmobiles. And the Ski-Doo name was originally suppose to be Ski-Dog which references sled dogs. But one of the first brochures of the product misspelled the name, Ski-Doo and the name stuck. So they are called Sea-Doos because they are a water version of a snowmobile that got is name by accident.
First made in 1968, there were complaints of overheating so they changed the engine from air cooling to water cooling. There was also complaints of the seat and handle bars. It lasted only 2 years on the market before it was discontinued.
1988, the Sea-Doo was re-introduced as its own brand under Bombardier, signaling a turnaround in the company’s declining fortunes.
1995 the sea doo was such a success they captured over half the PWC market
In 1997 the company earned $212 million on the Sea-Doo.

This is a model I made of the Lament Configuration for 3d printing.
I was tired of seeing so many models online that merely had copies of 3 sides duplicated on all 6 sides, so I decided to create my own proper version that has all 6 individual sides.
If you purchase this, you will get STL’s for 2 different versions. One which is made for printing in layers (flat sides, which can then have the gold parts printed and stuck on). Each piece is marked with individual pins so that there is no errors in assembling.
The second version, is more for MMU machines, where the gold patterns have actually been cut in to the sides of the cube, so the gold will actually be inlayed.
Both versions are made up of 6 individual sides, with pins/slots for the sides to be assembled, and also to make printing easier.

Gunpowder was stored in barrels in a special gunpowder magazine. Just like wine, the barrels had to be turned regularly to avoid the gunpowder stuck together. When used in battle, only a few barrels would be transported to the gun batteries, and gunpowder would be transported to the guns in leather buckets, all for safety reasons, see volume 1 of the “Mémoires d’artillerie” by Surirey de Saint Remy (BnF).
The gunpowder magazine is also surrounded by water and by wooden posts, as additional security measures.
