The typanum of the east wall of chamber C in the tomb of Sennedjem (TT1) in Deir el-Medina, Luxor, Egypt. Sennedjem was a mason who lived and worked in Deir el-Medina, the village of the tomb builders, during the 19th dynasty. You can also see one of Sennedjem's coffins and mummy board which were recovered from the tomb when it was excavated in 1886. Created from 33 photographs (Motorolla Moto G5 Plus mobile phone) using Metashape 1.7.0. Demiated from 1.2M face original using Instantmeshes. An ancient Egyptian standing figure of the god Bes from the Roman Period (30BC - 395AD) from the collection of Bolton Library and Museum Services. Bes is shown with legs apart, hands on hips and leonine mane and ears. On top of his head is a five plumed headdress.
The figurine was excavated by B.P. Grenfell at Oxyrhynchus and donated to the Bolton Library and Museum Services Collection by the Egypt Exploration Fund.

🍄 My stylised Mushroom Lighthouse 3D model for my first ever #SketchfabWeeklyChallenge! I was inspired by fairy tales, cartoons and such. I wanted to make something really different and unique around the theme and I’m pretty happy with how this turned out. Modelled in Maya. Textures hand-painted in Photoshop. 🍄
