Https://www.artstation.com/artwork/VPg6N starting out as a sketchfab mini comp, this has slowly become a bit of a project that I keep chipping away at and I think I'm finally ready to call this done :) So presenting… my take on Hook and Smee from the childhood favourite ‘Peter Pan' presented as a cocker spaniel and a pug, they did it for the musketeers so why not this. I wanted this to be a personal piece that incorporates a lot of what I have learned with hand painted game assets over the last few years in my paid work, and while I know there are still plenty of areas to improve in, I am really happy with this, and hope others can enjoy it too. maybe I'll find someone to animate them for me at some point :) 3D Model is ready to download for free

For the course Stylised Creation at Howest DAE I made this cute dog. This assignment was focussed on going through the whole pipeline (blockout - sculpting - retopology - UV Layout - texturing - presentation). This little guy was sculpted in ZBrush, retopo and UVs were done in Maya and I used Substance Painter for the final texturing touches.
