Double-breasted scarlet cloth with blue collar and cuffs. Eight gilt buttons set in pairs on either side of front opening. Lapel of collar can be worn turned back with top four buttons undone, to show blue facing. Top four button holes on blue side of lapels have ornamental blue twist bindings. All front button holes on scarlet side have crimson twist bindings.
