This was a two week project to build a steampunk railgun with working parts at a mid poly count instead of my usual low poly. I used an 1876 Winchester rifle as a base and built the magnetic acceleration components around it. The coils are powerd up by turning the rotating capacitor to full capacitance with the lever. Steam-punk is one my favorite theme. It can be mixed with others like scifi or fantasy. And in my humble opinion, it is one of the most classy design.
So back to the planet theme again,this time with a steam-punk Earth ! The oceans are now made of gears. The earth is now made of gold and metals.
Once again, the PBR material was capital in making the material effects.
