The inspiration comes from a cake I saw in a French dessert shop. I really love the pinkness, so I wanted to make a pink cake. The set is modeled in Maya, and rendered in Mari. Some textures such as the biscuit at the bottom of the cake and the plate patterns are made in Photoshop. For the course Stylised Creation at Howest DAE I made this cute dog. This assignment was focussed on going through the whole pipeline (blockout - sculpting - retopology - UV Layout - texturing - presentation). This little guy was sculpted in ZBrush, retopo and UVs were done in Maya and I used Substance Painter for the final texturing touches.
