Fan-art from the game Final Fantasy 7!! This is the Cosmo Canyon, one of the cities that can be visited through the game. It was a comission where I was asked to made an stylized and simplified version of the place, and this is how it turned out! I decided to push the limit of Sketchfab's capabilities, and added a day-night cycle to the scene. It was a bit tricky, as lamps can't be animated, at least for now. But I think this works quite nicely. I hope you like it! :D Made with Blender 2.8, Marmoset Toolbag (baking) and Substance Painter. Music from the original game. Here is my personal take on Annie from League of Legend.
Polycount is 9638 triangles.
Texture is 1024.
During the process I used Zbrush for the blocking, 3Ds max for the UVs and some of the modeling, Substance Painter for baking and first texture pass, 3D coat for retopo and final texture painting and Photoshop for final texture polish.
