Wooden trunk modeled and sculpted in Blender, textured in Substance Painter. Models were made with game engine performance in mind, so a lot of geometry is optimised for lower poly count. Mesh consists of quads and triangles.
For better texture quality, mesh has been divided into two UV maps, each with its own material assigned. Textures included: base_color, roughness, metallic, height, normal (OpenGL). All textures are in 2K format, so if you need a lower resolution you can scale them in any photo editing software with minimal quality loss. I thought this would be a cool idea and wanted to take the opportunity to create something new for the World of Warcraft universe. I thought of this idea because I wanted to take something that exists in real life and turn it into something that might live in the World of Warcraft, and I knew the Tuskarr would be a fun culture to delve into. Since they’re based on Walruses I came up with the Milk Delivery Sledge for transporting their milk across the icy places of Northrend and the Dragon Isles. I tried to make everything fit in with the Tuskarr aesthetic and had a lot of fun with it. I appreciate all the feedback I had throughout the process which allowed me to push the project further and I’m really happy with how it looks. Enjoy! :)
