This asset is a ceramic drinking set that can be used for sake or green tea I made for my final uni assignment. The asset can be used in any home or restaurant kitchen; as my group used it for a ramen restaurant. It is the sixth asset I made for my university course in game design. In Mary and Xane’s world, Xane Corp. owns a restaurant chain named “Mary’s“. Mary enjoys drinking from these cups, most likely due to their cuteness or them having her face on them. The cups used by the restaurant are inspired by both McDonald’s and the old Wendy’s design, the latter very obvious when looking at the cup’s lid.
This is the new version of the cup, modelled using Blender v3.12, using SVG (vector) versions of the lid’s design layers to give the cute Mary’s logo design smoother edges that more accurately resemble its intended appearance, compared to the old model’s “low-resolution” 3D logo. This is also my most accurate and detailed restaurant cup model, with almost every detail from the real disposable cups recreated. Digging Up ‘Little Hell’!
An excavation of one of Liverpool’s slum ‘Court Houses’ was undertaken in July at Oakes Street (between London Road and Pembroke Place). As part of the Galkoff’s and Secret Life of Pembroke Place project the Museum of Liverpool archaeology team worked with Liverpool School of Tropical Medicine to see what was hidden under their car park.
One of the objects found was a cermanic egg which was used in the keeping of chickens.
