This is my attempt at modelling World of Warcraft’s Sulfuron Keep from the Firelands raid.
This model was created for a college project so any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
And just as a side note: I am aware that the underside of the model and the fact that the platform is poking out from the lava does look rather unusual, however the main reason for this is because I wasn’t originally planning to upload this scene as a physical model that could be viewed from any perspective, instead, once the model was completed, I intended to take a single, static render of the scene as if it were looking through the eyes of a player, and uploading that image to my Artstation account, meaning that I wasn’t really focussing on any of the areas of the model that wouldn’t be seen within the final render. Here is the 8th model of the archeology collection.
This limestone funerary cippus was discovered in Bordeaux during the unearthing of the Gallo- Roman ramparts in 1868. It is dated 258 a.C. The epitaphs are dated 261 a.C.
The double epitaph, both pagan and christian, does not allow to say that Domitia was Christian. However, it is an extremely interesting marker of the transition to the time when Christianity will prevail in this part of the world.
You can discover it at the Aquitaine Museum in Bordeaux, France.
