I started this as a fun little side project that I would work on when taking a break from my primary piece. For this project I wanted to try something new and different. My goal was to get more comfortable making strange shapes in Zbrush and also to become better at hand painting textures. Primarily painting in the shadow, lighting, reflections/ highlights and bounce lighting into the diffuse map. Hey Guys! Have got some freetime and decided to do some character work on my own. I saw this great drawing at Artstation and I totally referenced design from that.
