B1 Battle Droids were fourth class battle droids manufactured by Baktoid Combat Automata and Baktoid Armour Workshop, and were the successors to the OOM-series battle droids. Following the defeat of the Confederacy, B1 battle droids were deactivated by the Galactic Empire along with the rest of the droid army, although they were still used throughout Seperatist holdouts and the black market during the Age of the Empire.
