3d model i made over this week, i tried to create a French variant of the Jaegers from pacific rim (in a universe where the monsters attacked europe and other nations) it's name is a reference to the “maquis" soldiers of the french resistance in WW2. UV Layout maps and Image Textures resolutions: 1024x1024 px; PBR Textures created and baked (SimpleBake) in Blender and included diffuse, roughness, metalness and normal maps.
The entourage is separate object, 2D girl for visual scale (175 cm) plus terrain, and have simple material with colors and it’s just for presentation.
The animation has 190 frames.

Since YuGiOh MasterDuel was released I instantly fell back in love with the cardgame I grew up with 😍 At first it was hard to catch up with the fastpaced playstyle nowadays, but its still a blast - no better way to pay Tribute than recreating the bossmonster of the deck I’m currently using ✌
The modelling was a very good practice for situations, where the references aren’t necesserily angled perfectly. This way, you definitely have to look at your model from all different angles all the time. But the project definitely deepened my love for creating Anime-Like / NPR Models iand give them my own touch.
