late medieval smoke cabin in various files formats such as Wavefront Object format, Autodesk FBX, DirectX 9.0, Stereo Lithography and HTML5 JSON format.
Exterior and interior of a so called smoke cabin, from the 15th or 16th century. Ruins of the cabin were found at the archaeological excavations of the medieval village Gubbacka in present day Vantaa in Finland. People and some of the domestic animals of the village live together inside the cabin during the cold winter. The large furnace covers one fourth of the total floor area. The cottage had no chimney, so the smoke from the furnace came in to the room and left the building from small holes in the wall 3D Model is ready to download for free

At the university I got a team assignment focussing on dressing a block-out 2-4 player deathmatch level in UDK. The theme of the art is Game of Thrones: Castle Black (Night Watchs Castle at the wall). My first and main focus was the creation of all the modular exterior brick prefabs and materials. After that I moved on to building props. A selection of the props is presented here.

Caernarfon Castle (Welsh: Castell Caernarfon Welsh pronunciation: [kastɛɬ kaɨrˈnarvɔn]) – often anglicised as Carnarvon Castle or Caernarvon Castle[1] – is a medieval fortress in Caernarfon, Gwynedd, north-west Wales cared for by Cadw, the Welsh Government’s historic environment service. It was a motte-and-bailey castle from the late 11th century until 1283 when King Edward I of England began to replace it with the current stone structure. The Edwardian town and castle acted as the administrative centre of north Wales, and as a result the defences were built on a grand scale. There was a deliberate link with Caernarfon’s Roman past,[citation needed] and the Roman fort of Segontium is nearby.

Viking Helmet,middle age,medieval 3D Model.
Download Viking Helmet in various files formats such as Wavefront Object format, Autodesk FBX, DirectX 9.0, Stereo Lithography and HTML5 JSON format.
The remains of six helmets from the Viking Age are known to exist:
the Tjele helmet fragment;
two fragments from Gotland;
one fragment from Kiev;
the Gjermundbu helmet;
and the Yarm helmet, which is the first Anglo-Scandinavian helmet discovered in Britain, found in Yarm, in the North Riding of Yorkshire, England.
Of the four helmet fragments found in Scandinavia, only the remains from Gjermundbu were of use in significant reconstruction.[30]
The Gjermundbu helmet dates to the 10th century. It was excavated on a farm called Gjermundbu in Ringerike in central Norway. Gjermundbu is located in Haugsbygd, a village in northeast of Hønefoss, in Buskerud, Norway. This helmet was made of iron from four plates after the spangenhelm pattern. This helmet has a rounded cap, and there is evidence that it also may have had a mail aventail.
