The Grumman G-159 is a twin-turboprop business aircraft. It first flew on August 14, 1958. The G-159 is a low-wing cantilever monoplane with a semi-monocoque aluminium alloy fuselage structure. The aircraft is powered by two Rolls-Royce Dart turboprops with Rotol four-bladed constant speed propellers. The Gulfstream I has a retractable tricycle landing gear, with twin wheels on the two main units and the nose gear. The cabin is designed to take up to twenty-four passengers in a high-density arrangement or only eight in an executive layout, although ten to twelve was more usual. I really wanted to practice handpainting a lot more than usual, and see what sort of effect I could achieve if I took the time to make some stylized textures just by hand! Also, this project was initially meant to be just a collection of vegetables, however I thought they would look very lonely simply floating around, so I developed the original idea by making a little scenery for them as well. This was super fun to work on, and any feedback is appreciated! :)

When British Railways starting to withdraw their age old steam locomotives from regular use, some of them either ended up for scrap or find their way for further use like in the industries. Number 5775 (L.89) was withdrawn from LT in 1969 and sold to Keighley & Worth Valley Railway where she later starred in a film, The Railway Children (1970).
