This is a model of a destroyed Flower-Shop. It has artistic game textures. It uses the PBR-Metalness Workflow. Two Materials: The Metalness texture for the second material is not delivered since there is no metal in the model. Simple adjust a black color.

It has also a clean version of the Flower Shop included. No dirt and worn walls etc. It uses the PBS (Physical Based Shaded) Standard Unity Shader. It has the smoothness information in the alpha-channel of the metallic texture. So everything works fine with Unity.
