Senedd Cymru (Welsh Parliament) (pronounced “sen-eth": ‘th' as in ‘the' and ‘Come-ree': ‘ree' as in ‘reed') is the home of the Welsh devolved parliament situated in Cardiff Bay, Wales. The Pritzker Prize-winning architect Richard Rogers won an international architectural design competition to design the building. The building which faces southwest over the Bay has a glass façade around the entire building and is dominated by a steel roof and undulating wood ceiling.
