Hey Guys! Have got some freetime and decided to do some character work on my own. I saw this great drawing at Artstation and I totally referenced design from that. I would like to give credit to the Freelance Artist Natalia Tsy for Character Design and check out her work at tsynali.artstation.com. I did not ask for permission to use her work as reference, so I just felt like I should give credit for doing so. It was definitely fun small project. Does it look same as the original artwork? It was definitely fun small project. Does it look same as the original artwork? Nah..I mixed my own translation to the work which my be a big “no no" in the studio environment. Its personal project and I think thats the fun part of it.

This is my take on the Butter Cookie Lady by Rino “RinoTuna” Park! Should i call her the sewing kit lady?! Original 3d Model Of course it’s not a 100% accurate model, had to adjust a lot of stuff to make it work since i’m not as good as him. Frug was a little guy I doodled whilst on holiday. I decided to make him in 3D before I go back to start my second year at Uni as part of practise with characters. My newest model based on Khoa Viet concept art. I made this for the Artstation Untamed Challenge! I chose not to include a stand for this one and instead just kept it alone. I also decided not to pose the back legs up in the air because it looked very odd without some spiderweb. The final model ended up with 38,065 faces and 71,689 triangles. I used two 4K maps, One for the upper body and the Pipe and the other one for the spider legs and butt.
