A look into a mercenary's gadgets, more specifically his beloved mixstation, where he tapes his favorite tunes for long fieldwork! (…and other, less long things). I set out to make a charming, retro-esque computer workstation with a stronger identity, so it wouldn't just feel like a regular retro computer, and had a lot of fun doing so! This is an animation demo of my new low poly computer model. It was very fun to do !
At first I had some issues with the screen changing (interpolation between frames) but I found a trick: place the second screen on the first one, one frame before it disappear.
This trick didn’t unfortunately worked on the grid floor (you can see the interpolation in the middle of the animation).
