Hello everyone,
This was such a cool project to work on. I made this project based on the concept art from Kyle Corneliushttps://www.artstation.com/artwork/5l2Kz. Everything has a first time well this project was a lot of first times. This is my first time working in zbrush I always wanted to learn how to sculpt and work it down to a useable game ready creature. After making the high poly in zbrush I went to Maya for the retopo this was also a first for me so learned to work with the quad draw tool. When the low poly was done I uv unwrapped in Maya and textured in substance painter. I went back to zbrush for the posing. My submission for the second GameArt assignment at DAE Howest. A lot of struggle in the design phase led to a lot of difficulties and mistakes. I didn’t think this would lead to anything good, but i stuck with the few things i had thought out and it came out pretty okay in my opinion.
