Post post-apocalyptic style sowed off shotgun. Based on an old engraved double barrel hunting shotgun. Sturdy, reliable, it will last a lifetime. It has been modified to more efficient close quarters combat. Wooden stock has be cut off and carved to a more compact grip. At the end a crude metal loop has bee added for attaching a carry belt. Also helps when bashing with the handle. Railroad spike at the front makes for a primitive yet effective bayonet substitute. My first attempt at handpaint (well, months ago I did one with the mouse, but that doesn’t count :P), and I’m really really satisfied with the mood of the scene and the result :D It’s quite a change from my usual style.
It began as an approach to modeling in 3dsMax with the Master Sword, then with the shield… and I couldn’t resist, I had to make the scene. Textured and animated with Blender.
It was really fun to make this one… I hope you like it! :)
