This was a dramatic improvement and allowed books to be acquired by the middle class for the first time in the history of Europe. Update: The 1st Printing Press was made in Blender 2.78, so I’ve updated to the version 2.93, and fixed some issues: The downloadable file has both .BLEND and .FBX formats. I’ve updated the number of bones. Our basic set came with a light plastic arch which ended up to be pushed away all the time. Later I found out that ikea used to make the bridge in one solid wooden part.
I decided to design and print a similar base that would click under the curved rail. It has raised rails on the top on which the wooden trails sit. Edges are curved by 1 mm. You can either stick the parts together or keep them separate.
