After creating the sculpt and low res, I tried to use the colors of the reference, and wasn’t happy with how it looked. I instead used photos of Blizzard’s recent showcase of Kul Tiras in World of Warcraft as a color theme. Upload to mixamo (choose animation)
Download animation
reimport the new fbx to blender (delete body mesh and old armature)
parent everything again to the new armature using ctrl+p
