Personal work piece of a science-fiction blast door that I created with Modo and Substance Painter. It's been on my hard drive for a while and I'm so glad to finally publish! Special thank you to Jonas Ronnegard and his pack of mechanical height-stamps. They were utilized to a good extent, as well as including others of my own. :) The overall design is based from a concept-art piece by Kory Lynn Hubbell. This is a model of a low-poly and game-ready scifi tank.
The barrel consists of two separate meshes and can be animated with a keyframe animation tool (firing animation). The turret can rotate left/right, the gun can rotate up/down. The track movement can be animated with UV offset.
The model comes with several differently colored texture sets. The PSD file with intact layers is included too.
Please note: The textures in the Sketchfab viewer have a reduced resolution to improve Sketchfab loading speed.

Rocca Calascio is a mountaintop fortress or rocca in the Province of L’Aquila in Abruzzo, Italy.
Built of stone and masonry exclusively for military purposes and intended only to accommodate troops and never as residence for nobles, the fortress overlooks the Plain of Navelli at one of the highest points in the ancient Barony of Carapelle.

Construction of the fortress started in the tenth century as a single watchtower. A walled courtyard with four cylindrical towers at the corners around a taller inner tower was added in the thirteenth century. The lower half of the fortress is built with distinctively larger stones than its upper half. It is believed that this feature was to make its base impenetrable to invaders. The fortress was never tested in battle. However, it was badly damaged in November 1461 by an earthquake with an estimated magnitude of 7 to 8 on the Richter Scale.
