A personal project to further develop my learning at University and just aquire more knowledge with industry software. I started in Zbrush, retopologised in Maya, posed in Zbrush, baked and textured in Substance Painter. I am pretty happy with the outcome being my first character retopology and although there is a lot of stuff I would do different if I was to make it again, I believe it is better to take all the new lessons learnt onto my next project.

Hi all!
This is a project I’ve been working on for around a week and a half. I was set a project by my University to create a “well” in any style. I’ve always loved how stylized/hand-painted assets look in games such as World of Warcraft, League of Legends etc. So I wanted to take it upon myself to attempt this style. I’m overall happy with the final design, although if I were to spend more time on it, there are a few things I would refine. This is a custom BMW “Nostalgia” bike, required by a client. It was one of the first 10 clients I ever got since I started working. This is a 3D model I did within a year of learning 3D, back in 2016. Looking back at it, I see how many flaw I still had in my modelling and how far I went today, but regardless even with the lack of experience I had back then, I think I pulled it off something quite decent. Obviously there are many details that I would like to enhance but really never found time for it.
Today, roughly 5 years on, still is in the original shape I did it back then.
