Trying out handpainted textures for the #travelchallenge! A regular broomstick just won’t do for a warlock on the go! This deluxe broom is complete with handlebars, a seat, and a friendly familiar. I was going to add cupholders but not sure if that fits with the fantasy theme. Feel free to use this model for anything, it was mostly for practice. All done in Blender.
Also, despite what the bottom says, this model is probably not compatible with Unity/Unreal. The broom is all individual objects with their own textures, as that was the fastest and easiest workflow to follow. The file is an absolute mess. If you feel like optimizing it for game engines anyway, feel free to share with credit. It’s been a while since I last posted a 3D model, and the reason is simple, I’ve been mostly drawing in my free time. So I looked for a way to share thoses as an interesting 3D pieces on Sketchfab.
And so here’s what I came out with: Some kind of Virtual Workshop with a lot of textures !
I tried to make it as light as possible while keeping the quality decent, don’t forget to check “HD textures” if you can.
There are drawings of all kinds compiled in there, some are design, some are studies most are random doodles to unwind at the end of the day. This isn’t meant to be a “best of”, a lot thing wouldn’t have made the cut, the idea is more of a dusty attic where you find old stuff you stored long ago to forget about !
