To do this scene I inspired myself with a large variety of concepts and frames from movies to be accurate in some way with the books, but I also wanted to do it my way, that's the reason why the tecnology, the sandworm and the fremen are different from the usual. I made this project using Zbrush to do the sandworm and the fremen, and then I used Maya to do the retopology and the rest of the scene. Finally I used Substance Painter to create the materials. STORY
A Carbon Steel Desert Eagle Experiment ( Project Adactus ) created by Scientists in late 2050. They tried to use an extraterrestrial life form from Planet X87 to modify the Desert Eagle. Adactus, as they called the lifeform, was supposed to help firing the Deagle because of its heavy Blowback. Unfortunately it broke out of his containment and took the control over the Deagle completely. The Experiment failed in 2051 due to an infested Laboratory.
