And just as a side note: I am aware that the underside of the model and the fact that the platform is poking out from the lava does look rather unusual, however the main reason for this is because I wasn’t originally planning to upload this scene as a physical model that could be viewed from any perspective, instead, once the model was completed, I intended to take a single, static render of the scene as if it were looking through the eyes of a player, and uploading that image to my Artstation account, meaning that I wasn’t really focussing on any of the areas of the model that wouldn’t be seen within the final render. This is my game ready mesh of Spinosaur with custom pattern. I really like dinosaurs and after completed Monster Hunter I had a lot of inspiration there, so I decided to create one of my favourite monster ;) In this model I tried to make realistic model as much, as possible.
I want to make the bestiary of my creatures that I created.
According to my interpretation, the Spinosaurs lives in the highlands near the volcanoes. Their pattern growing on their back effectively deters other predators and thanks to this they can easly hunt their favorite meal. They weren’t big, but certainly belonged to the most aggressive and most bloodthirsty dinosaurs, they never let a prey escape from their sharp claws.
