Here is a Bronze Shield I made as part of my Masters Degree for a quick idea generation module. I took inspiration from both roman shields and vikings to come up with the design. This model was created in 3ds max and retopologised with a turbosmooth modifier and the uvs was created in 3ds max and then the high poly detail was baked onto the model with substance painter.
