“Shadowland" is a 2010 comic book storyline published by Marvel Comics, focusing on Daredevil and other “street-level" superheroes in the Marvel Universe.[3][20] The storyline started in the Daredevil comic and was expanded upon in the Shadowland five-issue mini series as well as four tie-in mini series, four one-shots, and two issues of Thunderbolts. Here is a project i’ve really wanted to experiment.
This is a parallax comics of the thief, Sly Cooper from the eponym Playstation’s games.
It’s a quite short story, but i essentialy was focused on the render effect.
It required a lot of sketches and scratches to imagine the ambiant, the lighting and the placement of different elements.
I principaly used the baking of lights to render this effect of very contrasted black and white.
Added a tiny outline to enhance the cartoon effect
