The 127MM/64 LW Naval gun is built by the Italian manufacturer Oto Melara, which today is known as Leonardo Finmeccanica. This medium caliber gun fires 127mm / 5 inch ammunition, and supports the Vulcano type ammunition. This naval deck gun is used by various navies around the world; Italy (Fremm and PPA frigates) Germany (F125 class frigates) Algeria (MEKO A200 frigates) India (Shivalik and Delhi class) This 3D model was created using 3ds Max, with textures designed in Substance Painter. Call it nostalgia, but I’ve always loved the look of the turtles from the original 1990 film. It blew me away that they took these relatively simple drawings, and brought to life these really realistic humanoid turtles. I remember losing my mind when I first saw them. When I started working on this by chance, there were these new turtle figures out that had captured quite a bit of the detail from the movie costumes so I used those as reference heavily. I built this model with high end game cinematics in mind, base model was around 83k before smoothed. He will eventually have a full working facial rig with mouth cavity....just getting lazy here towards the end on him..haha. The skin I ended up using one of the default new orc skin templates in painter and messed around with the layers in that with some of my own custom additions and I think it turned out fairly nice. Stasis Tower:
Fires electric beams at the enemy units, slowing their movement and attacks for a short period of time. The player can neither evade its fire nor shield from it. Stasis Towers are connected to each other via high voltage electric cables powered by a generator. Destroying or disabling that generator would shut down all the Stasis Towers it powers.

History
The Mekarski system was a compressed-air propulsion system for trams invented by Louis Mékarski or Louis Mékarsky in the 1870s.The system was promoted as being suitable for use in congested streets and in tunnels, as compressed air produced no smoke or flames, and thus would not disturb horses or fill the carriage with soot and sparks like a steam engine. The system was tested in Paris in 1876 and introduced to the tramways of Nantes in 1879. It seems to have been a success at Nantes with a fleet of 94 trams in 1900. The Mekarski tramcars continued in use there until 1917, when they were replaced by electric trams.

Asset was developed while using somewhat limited resources. Most of the pictures were black and white, thus I had to rely on scaled models and paintings for the color correction.
