Yes, this was a hell of a scan… it look me 10-15 minutes to walk the entire street. Shootout to @polycam app (@cpheinrich), that handled the capture from the beginning to the end of this 560 ft long scan (170 m.)!

Clarion Alley is a small street in SF between Mission and Valencia Streets, notable for its world renowned murals. To me it’s the Street Arts Mecca, and it tell so much about the history of SF past decades, its mystical bohemian tradition, the challenges faced by its communities, and much more.

Pre-Columbian Maya bat god sculpture curated in the Museo Popol Vuh in Guatemala City- Catalogue no. 2005-0032. This sculpture dates to the Late Preclassic and could likely originates from the Copan area of Honduras, bordering Guatemala. This statue is situated in my town’s Memorial Park. It is one of four that was donated to the park which honours the veterans and fallen soldiers originally from my town (Ballymena, Northern Ireland).
Along with the statues there is a plaque:
“These four statues were generously presented to The Borough of Ballymena by Mrs Ruth Wier. M.B.E. 1973.”
The model was created from 33 images I took on my Smartphone Camera. I stitched the images together with Photoscan and cleaned up the model in ZBrush and Maya.
