Hello, this is my submission for nature and civilization challenge. My entry for the February Challenge of Frontiers. Here we have a cowboy on his way to discover what lays beyond what his eyes can see in the desert. I wanted to take a lower poly and stylized approach to this model, and make it look like a drawing rather than a 3D model. A model I made for SCP Secret Laboratory’s Parabellum update, or 11.0. This model is based on the HK MG5, and replaced an older version of the Logicer made by another artist that had been in the game for quite some time. This model was a major step up for me, both in complexity and in execution. I faced quite a few challenges in its creation, but am quite happy with the result. I’ve also created a set of first-person animations for the model, which are used in-game. After fiddling around looking for any open exit, you spot the bust of a statue right by the blocked door, its head having seemingly been cleanly fractured away from its neck.
