In a month I taught her the basics of modeling, retopology and texturing. Synth (the elderly character) instead was born in parallel while explaining everything to her. The basic idea was to create non-speaking characters and to be able to characterize them with actions, lights and shots. The Unreal sequencer was the best tool to do this. Synth and Kiddo are awakeners and travel from world to awaken gods of musical genres in seemingly neutral worlds. In this case the awakened god is that of New Retro Wave music. All models were made through my classic workflow: 1. Zbrush for the highpoly 2. Maya Retopology + UV + Rigging 3. Substance Painter 4. Maya for animation 5. I tried to keep things as simple material wise as possible on Sketchfab so the actual blender project is more representative of what it looks like on Sketchfab, but really this is a “motion” template first and foremost and that is what I have set the price based on, so essentially you can take this and modify its materials/setup post processing, lighting etc in blender itself according to what you want it to look like.
