I was inspired by the Victorian “Love Seats” as those seats have a very organic and interesting looking shapes, I also wanted to incorporate a heart shape into the design to give it a stronger focal point and to reiterate why these are called love seats.
This model is fully textured in PBR and is suitable to be used in games, animations and advertising, it goes well in but are not limited to vintage, Victorian, classical, whimsical, fantasy settings.

The harquebusier was the most common form of cavalry found throughout Western Europe during the early to mid-17th century. Early harquebusiers were characterised by the use of a type of carbine called a “harquebus”. In England, harquebusier was the technical name for this type of cavalry, though in everyday usage they were usually simply called ‘cavalry’ or ‘horse’. In Germany they were often termed Ringerpferd, or sometimes Reiter, in Sweden they were called lätta ryttare.
The armour comprises a Pot Helmet with two-piece skull joined by a low-comb, neck-guard (Lobster tail) of simulated lames and pointed peak or visor with three-bar guard hinged at each side to allow it to be raised when not needed. At each side are the cheek pieces for protection, hinged by means of leather strips.

This is the first game asset I have developed and worked on through the whole process. In August, 2017 I have joined French Foreign legion modding discord as a 3d artist, to work on the development of mods for Squad (the game). The first assignment I took over was the mortar. The process took a bit longer ( month or so), since I have a full time job and limited time to work on my solo projects. The process started with research and gathering of all the references possible. Next step was to block out the major parts and start working on the high poly model. The biggest problem was to figure out how the mortar actually works, shoots, moves and folds. After completing the high poly I started modeling the low poly. Next step was to unwrap the whole thing and get it ready for painting. After initial painting was finished I imported everything to Unreal Engine to see how everything looks in the Squad itself. 3D scan of the argus pheasant pair Argusianus argus. The great argus lives in the rainforests of Borneo, Sumatra and the Malay Peninsula in southeast Asia. They can grow up to 2 meters in length and are therefore among the largest of the pheasant species. This pair lived in the Schönbrunn Zoo in Vienna, Austria, and is part of the museum’s collection since 1932.
The argus pheasant is Number 79 of the NHM Top 100 and can be found in Hall 31 of the NHM Vienna.
