La Fontaine de la Fréjaire appelée aussi Fontaine des Cordeliers fut construite au XVIIème siècle sur la Place de la Fréjaire par Guyon Guérin de Bouscal. Ce dramaturge réalmontais né protestant vers 1613 s’est converti au catholicisme, il est l’auteur d’une dizaine de pièces de théâtres et d’une trilogie adaptée du roman de Cervantès, dont le « Gouvernement de Sancho Pança » qui fut joué par la troupe de Molière entre 1659 et 1665. Guérin de Bouscal résida à Paris de 1634 à 1645 puis revint dans le Languedoc et fut nommé en 1651 premier consul de Réalmont. Il inspira également Molière pour son Don Juan. Le 31 décembre 1675 il décède à Réalmont.

This house was once belonged to a timber baron in a small Northern California city. But after the logging industry went bust, it’s owner abandoned it to the elements. While not a complete ruin, this house will need a lot of TLC to bring it back to it’s former glory.
This house was an experiment for me in tileable materials and seeing how far I could get using nothing but Photoshop for texture creation instead of my usual go to, Substance Painter. Most of these materials started out with a diffuse texture I either photographed myself or found on CGtextures.com. I then created the normal, spec, emmisive, etc in Photoshop.
I think this technique works well if you’re going to be putting the model into an engine like Unity or Unreal. The textures hold up at very close and they can be used across many different buildings or props you may have in your game. Also being able to add secondary textures would allow for more variations like grunge.
